Bert Kaiser

Bert Kaiser is an accomplished coach and advisor with extensive experience in coaching and urban development. Currently serving as a coach and trainer at Kaisen since September 2021 and as a personal coach at Woonstichting 'thuis' since July 2013, Bert also holds the role of Senior Advisor at Woonstichting ’thuis, focusing on the development of the organization as a learning entity. Additional responsibilities include leadership in the works council, where Bert served as chair until July 2019, and as Area Manager for various neighborhoods in Eindhoven, overseeing property policies and community participation. Previously, Bert has held significant roles in project management and urban development across multiple municipalities and organizations since 1980. Bert’s educational background includes degrees in architecture and urban planning, along with certifications in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
