Damon Oliver

Damon Oliver, M.A., currently serves as a Veteran Staffing Consultant at Work For Warriors since November 2019, where responsibilities include assisting employers in hiring veteran talent and advising on employment needs. Since the same date, Damon has also worked as a Military Instructor at Waite Middle School. Damon has a long-standing military career with the Army National Guard, holding the position of Command Sergeant Major since October 1993. Prior experience includes serving as a Military Liaison for Volt Workforce Solutions from October 2012 to November 2019 and as an Instructor in the United States Army from 2008 to 2012. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Brandman University, a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences from the University of Maryland Global Campus, and an Associate of Arts in General Studies from Pierce College at Fort Steilacoom.
