Joel Neeb

Joel "Thor" Neeb is an experienced leader with a diverse background in corporate transformation and military excellence. Currently serving on the Board of Directors at Constructable and as a member of the Executive Advisory Board at WorkBoard, Neeb previously held the position of VP Execution and Transformation in the Office of the CEO at VMware, where significant cultural and operational changes were implemented. As the former CEO of Afterburner Inc., Neeb led a team of elite military professionals in delivering strategic execution models to Fortune 100 companies. Their extensive military career includes roles as Chief Instructor Pilot in the United States Air Force, responsible for the training of top pilots, and participation in key national security missions. Neeb holds multiple advanced degrees, including an MBA from the Texas McCombs School of Business and a master's in Aeronautical Science from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
