Tia Freund

Tia Freund is a motivated and experienced individual with a focus on human resources and wellness. Currently serving as a Summer Intern in the Wellness Department at L.L.Bean since May 2023, Tia provides health and wellness resources for employees, publishes a weekly newsletter, leads orientation sessions, teaches cycle classes, and has created wellness journals for corporate departments. Previous roles include Cycle Instructor at Boothbay Region YMCA, Host/Server at Mama D’s Cafe, Front Desk Receptionist at Boothbay Harbor Country Club, and Sailing Instructor for the Southport Junior Yacht Club Sailing Foundation. Tia is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Psychology at Bates College, with additional educational experience from IES Abroad and Berwick Academy.
