Scarlett Abraham Clarke

Scarlett Abraham Clarke is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership roles focused on culture, inclusion, and human resources. Currently serving as Director on the Board of Directors for Workers Credit Union and as Vice President and Chief Officer of Culture and Inclusion at Commonwealth Financial Network, Scarlett also contributes to the Northeast Human Resources Association as a Board member. Previously, Scarlett held senior positions at Bright Horizons, including Senior Director of Diversity and Inclusion and Director of Human Resources, and was a Human Resources Manager at the YMCA of Greater Boston. A graduate of Suffolk University, Scarlett earned a Bachelor's degree in Developmental Psychology in 2002.
