Scott Johnson

Scott Johnson is an experienced leader in workforce development, currently serving as the Director of the Workforce Development Network at Aspyr Workforce Innovation since April 2024. In this role, Scott focuses on creating a collaborative impact model to ensure equitable access to quality employment for all community residents. Prior to this, Scott held various significant positions, including One-Stop Operator at Equus Workforce Solutions and OhioMeansJobs - Columbus - Franklin County, where responsibilities included ensuring service quality and developing outreach strategies.
