Jim Parmelee

Jim Parmelee serves as Managing Director at Hamilton Robinson Capital Partners since June 2017 and holds various board positions, including as a Board Member at WorkforceQA and Signal Control Products Inc since December 2021. Additionally, Jim chairs the Compensation Committee and is a member of the Audit Committee at Great Elm Group, Inc. With a history of leadership roles, Jim has chaired the Compensation Committee at PACIFIC NORTHERN ENVIRONMENTAL CORP. and Tanknology, and served on the Board of Directors for several other companies, including GrayMatter and The Meet Group. Prior experience includes serving as President of JPP Advisors and Managing Director and Partner at Peak Ten Capital LLC, where Jim led investments in technology sectors. Jim holds an MBA in Finance from Columbia Business School and a BA in Economics from Trinity College-Hartford.
