Mandi McReynolds

Mandi McReynolds is currently the Vice President of Global Environment, Social, and Governance at Workiva. Prior to this, Mandi held various roles in ESG and community engagement at Principal Financial Group, Mandi McReynolds Consulting, Drake University, Coe College, Cornell College, and Iowa State University. Mandi holds a Master's degree in Women's Studies, Speech Communication, and Higher Education from Iowa State University, and a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Communication from Cedarville University.
