Dennis Kavelman

Dennis Kavelman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and finance. Currently, Kavelman serves as a Partner at Inovia Capital since April 2018 and holds the position of Director at Vidyard since 2012. Previous roles include Director at Thalmic Labs from 2014 to June 2020 and Chief Operating Officer at Desire2Learn from January 2012 to May 2014. Kavelman also worked at Research In Motion from 1995 to 2010 as Co-Chief Operating Officer/Special Advisor and Chief Financial Officer. Earlier in their career, Kavelman was a Senior Accountant at KPMG from 1991 to 1995. Kavelman earned a BBA Co-op in Accounting/Management from Wilfrid Laurier University and completed a program at the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management in 2010.
