Kirill Kouklinski

Kirill Kouklinski is a seasoned software engineering professional with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as Sr Director of Software Engineering at WorkMarket, an ADP company, since March 2019, Kirill previously held the position of Director of Software Engineering. Prior to WorkMarket, Kirill worked at Capital One as Sr. Manager of Software Engineering from January 2017 to March 2019. Kirill's background also includes significant tenure at LoyaltyOne, where the role encompassed Application Development Manager and Technical Lead from December 2007 to January 2017. Earlier professional experience included serving as Sr. Solutions Lead at Sigma Global Solutions between October 2004 and December 2007. Kirill graduated with a BMath in Honours Computer Science with a focus on Software Engineering from the University of Waterloo, completing the degree from 1999 to 2004.
