Aisha Rachel Paez

Aisha Rachel Paez is a multifaceted professional with extensive experience in both geophysics and psychological counseling. Since 2015, Aisha has served as a Leadership Coach, Psychotherapist, and EMDR therapist at AP Coaching & Counselling Services, while also working as an Affiliated EAP workplace Counsellor/Psychotherapist at Workplace Options since January 2019. Aisha's earlier roles include Senior Geophysicist positions at OMV and Centrica, focusing on exploration and development in the North Sea and Trinidad & Tobago, respectively. Aisha holds a Master of Science in Petroleum Geosciences from IFP School and multiple qualifications in Counseling Psychology, including a Master of Arts and various postgraduate diplomas from Middlesex University and The Institute of Psychosynthesis.
