Austin Lyles

Austin Lyles has extensive experience in the oil and gas industry, currently serving as a Senior Account Manager at Workrise since February 2018, primarily focusing on operations in the Delaware and Midland Basins. Responsibilities include overseeing drilling, completions, production, and well planning, as well as managing consultant workforce support for various operators across multiple states. Previously, Austin held the position of Basin Manager at FilaMar Energy Services, where responsibilities included overseeing frac sand operations in the Eagleford Shale and implementing proprietary systems. Additional experience includes roles in chemical sales and fuel trading at Altiras and an internship in sales at ASD Healthcare. Austin holds a degree from the University of Arkansas, where studies were completed at the Sam M. Walton College of Business.
