Keith Heiken

Keith Heiken is an accomplished completions consultant with extensive experience in the oil and gas industry, currently serving at Workrise since April 2024. Previously, at Oil States International from November 2020 to January 2024, Keith successfully doubled the customer base in three years while enhancing ESG compliance through innovative technologies. Keith's expertise spans various roles, including oil and natural gas consulting at Marcellus and Utica Shale Operations and senior completions management at Southwestern Energy, where a $300M budget was overseen. Earlier career highlights include significant positions at Chesapeake Energy and Schlumberger, where Keith led operations and trained staff to address industry growth challenges. Keith holds a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering from Montana Technological University, earned between 1994 and 1997.
