Konstantin Klitenik

Konstantin Klitenik is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in engineering and product development across various sectors, including startups, IoT, and aerospace. Currently serving as Principal of Engineering & Product at Workshop Venture Partners, Konstantin focuses on building startups in the climate and education domains. Previous roles include VP of Engineering at Silvertree, where leadership was provided for IoT, firmware, and cloud systems, and Senior Engineering Manager at SimpliSafe, managing alarm systems. Konstantin co-founded ODYN, developing a supply chain optimization platform for Fortune 500 companies, and has held key positions at ByteLight, UTC Aerospace Systems, and Raytheon, contributing significantly to advancements in embedded systems and real-time technologies. Konstantin holds a Master of Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Cornell University and the University of Rochester, respectively.
