Iim Fahima Jachja is an experienced leader currently serving as the Chair of the Indonesia Young Global Leaders Community at the World Economic Forum since January 2014, focusing on community impact and development. As a Young Global Leader, Iim is part of a select group of innovators committed to fostering an inclusive and sustainable future. Additionally, since March 2016, Iim has been a Global Mentor with New Champions Womensphere, promoting leadership and education for women and girls through the GEM Project. Iim is the Founder of Queenrides, an empowering platform for women drivers in Indonesia, and previously held leadership positions as CEO of Virtual Consulting, Co-founder and Lecturer at Virtual Academy, and Founder and CEO of Virus Communications, showcasing a robust background in digital marketing and consulting.
