Joe Landon

Joe Landon is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the aerospace and commercial space sectors. As Chief Executive Officer of Crescent Space from March 2022 to January 2024, Joe led the company's efforts in providing infrastructure-as-a-service for lunar missions, leveraging Lockheed Martin's technical advantages. Prior to this role, Joe served as Vice President of Advanced Programs Development at Lockheed Martin, where strategic advancements in security and aerospace took precedence. Joe also held key positions, including Chief Financial Officer at Planetary Resources, Co-Founder and Chairman of the Board at Space Angels, and Managing Partner at Space Capital. Early career experiences include pivotal roles at Space Adventures, McMaster-Carr, and Boeing Satellite Development Center. Educational credentials include an MBA from Harvard Business School, an MS in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Southern California, and a BS in Engineering-Physics from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
