Kalin Bracken

Kalin Bracken is an experienced professional in the real estate and investment sectors, currently serving as the Lead for the Global Real Estate CEO community at the World Economic Forum since October 2019. In this role, Kalin oversees the strategy and execution of various real estate initiatives, including the Future of Real Estate and the Green Building Principles. Prior to this, Kalin held positions at the New York City Economic Development Corporation, where responsibilities included serving as Assistant Vice President and Senior Project Manager within the Strategic Investments Group. Earlier experience includes roles at Cohen & Steers as an Associate focused on institutional sales for listed real assets and at Axiom Investors in investor relations and marketing. Kalin also worked as a Specialist at GE Capital Real Estate, and holds a BA in Communications and Marketing from Loyola University Maryland, along with international study experience at The University of Auckland and an education from Canterbury School.
