Barbara Mellini

Barbara Mellini has extensive experience in user experience and service design, currently serving as the Lead of Service Design and User Experience at the World Food Programme since April 2015. Prior roles include Service Design Specialist and Human-Centered Design Coach, as well as Product Manager and User Experience Research Analyst. Barbara previously worked at Deep Blue S.r.l. as a User Experience Researcher and Human Factors Specialist from November 2013 to March 2015. Additionally, Barbara was a User Experience Researcher and Project Manager at IDEaCT Living Lab from 2009 to April 2014. Barbara completed a PhD in Psychology of Interaction, focusing on Human-Computer Interaction and Digital Transformation, at the University of Rome "La Sapienza" from October 2010 to October 2013, with education from Sapienza Università di Roma during 2011 to 2014.
