Diane Malamut

Diane Malamut is an experienced learning and development professional with a diverse background in various organizations, currently serving as the Head of Learning and Development for the Cash Based Transfers Division at the World Food Programme since April 2020. Diane has a strong track record in designing and implementing learning initiatives, developing talent, and driving strategic HR communications. Previous roles include Global Learning Consultant at NIIT Limited, Learning Consultant at ACCA, and Director of Learning and Organizational Development at Strudel & Dragon Consulting Ltd. Additionally, Diane has held leadership positions at Unilever and the Foreign and Commonwealth Office, focusing on high-quality L&D services and the development of tailored training programs. Diane holds an MATESOL from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies and a BBA in Accounting from The George Washington University.
