Veronica Carlutti is an experienced professional in facilities management and engineering, currently serving as the Deputy Head of Management Services and Global Facilities Engineer at the World Food Programme since February 2016. In this role, Veronica provides global support, coordination, and technical guidance for the management of facilities and the organization's real estate portfolio. Previous deployments include significant contributions in Kabul, Afghanistan for a country office relocation, Lviv, Ukraine for emergency operations, and Djibouti for Covid-19 response efforts. Prior experience also includes managing renovation projects at the WFP headquarters and collaborating with the United Nations Task Team on Common Premises to support inter-agency initiatives. Veronica holds a Master's degree in Building Engineering-Architecture from Sapienza Università di Roma.
