Jo Miller

Jo (Jost) Miller is an experienced Lead UX/UI Designer currently with World Mobile Group since September 2022, overseeing all aspects of user experience and interface design, including the development of a crypto wallet app for iOS and Android. Previously, Jo served as Product Design Lead at HSBC, managing a team of designers and focusing on global account opening journeys. Other notable roles include Lead UX Designer at MortgageGym and UX Designer at Which?, where Jo was instrumental in user research and prototyping. Jo's earlier career includes positions at Foundation SP, Memiah Limited, Druff Interactive, and Redder, showcasing a strong foundation in UX/UI and digital design. Jo holds a Master's degree in Design and Environment from Goldsmiths, University of London, and a Bachelor's degree in Visual Multimedia from the University of South Africa.
