Grace Fitzpatrick

Grace Fitzpatrick has extensive experience in managing employment programs aimed at empowering refugees and immigrants within the Quad Cities community. Serving as the Director of Empowerment Programs at World Relief since June 2019, Grace has held multiple roles within the organization, including Employment Services Director and Employment Manager, focusing on integration and self-sufficiency for clients. Prior to this, Grace contributed as an Employment Specialist and Case Management Intern at Tapestry Farms, where responsibilities included grant writing and providing transportation and advocacy for refugee clients. Grace's professional journey began as a Barista at Dunn Brothers Coffee from September 2017 to December 2018. Educationally, Grace holds a High School Diploma from Lisle High School and a degree from Augustana College, completed in 2020.
