Chikumbutso Kamwendo

Chikumbutso Kamwendo is an experienced professional in the fields of water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH) and program management. Currently serving as Programs Manager at World Vision since May 2015, Chikumbutso has held various roles, including WASH Coordinator and Team Leader for Sponsorship, with a focus on improving community access to potable water. Previous experience includes a position as WASH Development Facilitator at CICOD and as an ODL Module Developer at Malawi College of Distance Education, where responsibilities included developing educational materials for distance learners. Furthermore, Chikumbutso held the role of Studio Coordinator at the Education Development Center. Educational credentials include an MBA in Operations Management from Amity University, a PG Certificate in Global Health - WASH from Drexel University Dornsife School of Public Health, and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering Technology from the University of Malawi - Polytechnic.
