Leonie Ederli Fickinger

Leonie Ederli Fickinger is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sustainability and climate finance. Currently serving as a Senior Policy Advisor at WWF Germany since December 2020, Leonie focuses on Transition Finance and Climate Targets. Previous roles include Research Analyst at adelphi in Berlin, specializing in Green Finance and Sustainable Energy Finance, and Research and Business Development Analyst at Climatekos, where the focus was on the Blue Economy. Additionally, Leonie contributed to youth representation on climate issues at the UNFCCC COPs through involvement with Jugendbündnis Zukunftsenergie. Educational qualifications include a Master's in Integrated Natural Resource Management from Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin and a Certified Sustainable Finance Expert from Frankfurt School of Finance & Management.
