Gretchen Ludwig

Gretchen Ludwig, SPHR, CCP, serves as the Senior Manager of Global Equity Programs at Hewlett Packard Enterprise since November 2019, leading the design and communication of equity programs within the global compensation team. In addition, Gretchen has been a faculty member at WorldatWork since July 2020, focusing on compensation theory and practices. Previous roles include Compensation and Equity Specialist at Aerojet Rocketdyne and VP of Global Total Rewards at Fanatics, Inc., where impactful compensation strategies were implemented to enhance workforce engagement and institutional compliance. Gretchen's earlier experience also includes senior positions in compensation and HRIS at organizations such as XOMA, Thoratec Corporation, Lam Research, and Robert Half International. Academic credentials include a BS in Business Administration with an emphasis in HR from the University of Phoenix, along with professional certifications in human resources and compensation.
