Kenneth Farrell

Kenneth Farrell is an experienced professional in program and project management with a strong background in educational product development. Currently serving as the Director of the Program Management Office at WorldatWork since November 2018, Kenneth oversees requirements gathering and project management for strategic initiatives and IT projects at the global leader in Total Rewards. Prior to this role, Kenneth held various positions at the University of Phoenix from April 2007 to November 2018, including Senior Product Manager and Faculty, where responsibilities included managing educational product road maps, delivering solutions to enhance student outcomes, and facilitating courses. Kenneth holds a Master's degree in Education with a focus on Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical Management Technology from Arizona State University.
