Youngkuk Lim

Youngkuk Lim is an experienced business leader with a robust background in international business development and strategic management. Currently serving as Director of Enterprise Solutions at WorldatWork since February 2022, Youngkuk previously held the role of Associate Director, Global at the Association for Talent Development (ATD) from August 2012 to December 2020, where responsibilities included managing international business growth and executing regional strategies. As Head of International Business at R-CRAFT International, Youngkuk contributed to developing high-performance racing simulators. Additional experience includes positions at AKKON AG, Asia Pulp & Paper, and the Republic of Korea Air Force, where skills such as project management, market intelligence, and intelligence analysis were honed.
