Alexandru Rosoiu

Alexandru Rosoiu, Ph.D., is a quantitative researcher currently working at WorldQuant since April 2022. Previously, Alexandru held positions as a quantitative analyst and associate quantitative analyst at Geode Capital Management from August 2019 to March 2022, and served as an associate at Cornerstone Research from July 2016 to December 2018. Academic experience includes roles as a research and teaching assistant at the Fuqua School of Business between August 2010 and May 2016, and as a research assistant at Saïd Business School in July 2009. Alexandru holds a PhD in Finance from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University, an MSc in Financial Economics from the University of Oxford's Saïd Business School, a BSc in Mathematics from the University of Bucharest, and a BEcon in Finance from Academia de Studii Economice din București.
