Carlos Diogo

Carlos Diogo has extensive experience in the field of vocational skills competitions, having served as a Technical Delegate for WorldSkills International and WorldSkills Europe since the late 1990s. Notable roles include Chief Expert for multiple WorldSkills Competitions and Technical Delegate for recent EuroSkills events. Carlos holds various managerial positions at IEFP, overseeing SkillsPortugal and SkillsPortugal Digital, in addition to being a vocational trainer. Carlos also contributed to the governance of CENCAL as a Board Member and has an academic background in Policies and Administration for Employment and Training from Iscte - Instituto Universitário de Lisboa, alongside ongoing studies at Universidade Nova de Lisboa.
