Emiko Toriyama possesses extensive experience in interpretation and international cooperation spanning over two decades. Currently, Emiko serves as a simultaneous interpreter at WorldSkills International while simultaneously coordinating international exchange initiatives at the Japan International Cooperation Center since 2017. Emiko has been with the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) as a training coordinator since 2007, focusing on various projects related to water resources, environment, and healthcare. Additionally, Emiko holds executive responsibilities at Mikawa Star and works as a freelance interpreter for various organizations, including Worldskills Asia and Tata Consultancy Services. Emiko's educational background includes studies at Nanzan University and the University of Hawaii at Manoa, reinforcing expertise in interpretation and translation.
