Susan Allen

Susan Allen has extensive experience in library and information services, currently serving as the Director of Public Services at Worthington Libraries since December 2007, where responsibilities include overseeing daily operations and coordinating the technology department. Prior roles at Worthington Libraries include Director of Technology Services and Digital Library Manager, and earlier positions involved managing the Worthington Memory Project and providing reference services. Susan's career began at Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh as a Library Assistant, complemented by experience as an Information Assistant at Carnegie Mellon University. Susan holds a Master of Library and Information Science degree from the University of Pittsburgh and a Bachelor’s degree in Women's Studies and History from The Ohio State University.
