Charles M. Chiappone

Charles M. Chiappone is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in various executive roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Director and Chair of the Compensation Committee at Worthington Steel, Charles has a proven track record of full P&L oversight, exemplified during tenure as Retired SVP of Ceilings and Walls Solutions at Armstrong World Industries, where responsibility included managing a $1.0 billion business unit. Other notable positions include President & CEO of the WAVE joint venture, Managing Director Asia at Armstrong, and President & CEO of Alloy Polymers, where strategic growth initiatives were successfully implemented.
