Lyndsay Tkach

Lyndsay Tkach, MS, CBIS, currently serves as the Mental Health/Brain Health Services Director and Deputy Director of Independence Services at Wounded Warrior Project since September 2014, where responsibilities include managing the national Independence Program, overseeing performance, and driving program development while managing an annual budget of over $20 million. Previously, Lyndsay held the position of Regional Director for Independence Services, supervising east regional teams and leading continuous program evaluations. Prior experience includes roles as a Project Coordinator at UPMC and Community Integration Specialist at Allegheny County Department of Human Services, focusing on care coordination for individuals with complex mental health and brain injury needs. Lyndsay holds a Master's degree in Abnormal Psychology from the University of Phoenix, a Bachelor's degree in Rehabilitation from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, and is a Certified Brain Injury Specialist.
