Tony Smith

Tony Smith, MBA, currently serves as the Warrior's to Work Regional Director and previously held the position of Warriors To Work Senior Specialist at the Wounded Warrior Project since October 2018. Prior to this role, Tony accumulated extensive experience at U-Haul International, Inc., where responsibilities included Employment Manager, overseeing hiring processes across the U.S. and Canada, managing a team of recruiters and administrative personnel, and leading military recruiting programs. Earlier career positions include Technical Recruiter at Empire Caterpillar, Corporate Recruiter at U-Haul International, and First Sergeant with the U.S. Army Recruiting Command. Tony holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a Human Resources Management certificate from the same institution.
