Matt Osowski

Matt Osowski is a Senior Regulatory Permitting Specialist at WRA, Inc. since September 2008, focusing on applications for Clean Water Act Section 404 and Section 401 permits. Previously, Matt worked as a Project Scientist at Shaw Environmental from April 2007 to September 2008, managing compliance projects for national utility providers and overseeing remediation efforts at former Department of Defense facilities in California. Additionally, during tenure as Project Manager at Delta Environmental Consultants, Inc. from October 1999 to December 2007, more than 1000 audits per month were conducted at retail gasoline service stations, and over 5000 service station employees received training. Matt holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Loyola University Chicago and furthered education with a focus on Ecology and Geographic Information Systems through various institutions.
