Richard Foster

Richard Foster is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in water networks and civil engineering. Currently serving as the Head of Water Networks at WRc Group since June 2017, Richard leads clean water modeling and provides expert guidance on emerging technologies for water companies and industrial clients. Prior roles include Senior Modeller at Atkins and Network Modelling Engineer at Bristol Water plc, where responsibilities encompassed hydraulic modeling and system upgrades. Early career experience includes project engineer roles at Unicorn Consultancy Services Ltd and a graduate engineer position at Halcrow. Richard holds a BEng (Hons) in Civil Engineering from Aston University, earned in 1988.
