Matthew Frey

Matthew Frey has extensive experience in military leadership and engineering, serving in the US Navy Reserve since September 2006 as the Branch Head for Culture of Excellence, where responsibilities include enhancing Sailor resilience and trust. Previous roles include Surface Warfare Officer, Commanding Officer for multiple naval units, and executive assistant to the Assistant Secretary of the Navy for Financial Management and Comptroller. Frey has also worked as a Lead Engineer at MPR Associates, overseeing technical projects for commercial nuclear facilities. In addition to military service, Frey holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame and has completed studies at the Marine Corps War College focusing on National Security. Since 2021, Frey has also served as a Location Coordinator for Wreaths Across America and is a real estate investor in Northern Virginia.
