Rachelle Welsh

Rachelle Welsh has extensive experience in the banking and credit union industry, holding various management positions since 1988. Currently serving as the Regional Director and previously as Member Center Manager at Wright-Patt Credit Union since March 2014, Rachelle has also held the role of AVP Branch Manager at Key Bank from November 2008 to March 2014. Earlier career positions include Branch Manager at Fifth Third Bank from May 1997 to August 2004 and Branch Manager at Chase (formerly Bank One) from March 1988 to May 1997. Rachelle holds a Bachelor's degree in Management and Leadership from Franklin University, obtained in December 2021, and an Associate degree in Financial Management from Sinclair Community College, completed in 1993.
