Fabrizio Boaron

Fabrizio Boaron is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in investment management and strategic leadership. Currently serving as Managing Director of Investments at WRM CAPINVEST since April 2017, Fabrizio specializes in distressed assets and private equity, focusing on value creation in financially stressed situations. A co-founder and managing partner at FCS Capital Partners since September 2014, Fabrizio also holds board member positions at WRM Real Estate Services, Kipre Holding S.p.A., and previously at King's Prosciutti SpA, where an interim CEO role was undertaken. Prior to these roles, Fabrizio held managing director positions at Barclays Capital and UBS, among others, and possesses a strong educational background with a Master's of Applied Science from MIT and a MSc in Business Administration from Università Bocconi.
