Pauline Souza is a partner at WRNS Studio, where responsibilities include managing the K-12 Sector Studio and overseeing sustainable documentation efforts for office projects since May 2005. As a founding member of BALSA and a team member of the Bay Area Living Building Collaborative, Pauline has actively contributed to sustainability initiatives. Current roles include WELL Accredited Professional at the International WELL Building Institute, Living Future Accredited at the International Living Future Institute, and AIA Fellow with the American Institute of Architects. Pauline is also recognized as a LEED Fellow by the U.S. Green Building Council and served as National Co-Chair for the Center for Green Schools from 2007 to 2017. Previous experience includes board membership at NCC USGBC and associate partnership at Chong Partners Architecture, where Pauline directed sustainability efforts. Educational credentials include a degree from the University of California, Berkeley.
