Alyssa Chang

Alyssa Chang is an accomplished professional in the field of human resources, specializing in rewards and compensation. Currently serving as Rewards Manager for both the Americas and Global HR at WSAudiology since October 2021, Alyssa's previous experience includes roles such as Regional Manager of HRIS & Compensation at Save the Children International, focusing on various countries across Asia, and Manager II of Global Rewards at APL Logistics, overseeing executive compensation and budgeting. Alyssa has also held positions at Carrots Consulting and CEVA Logistics, enhancing expertise in benchmarking, total rewards, and HR systems. Currently pursuing a master's degree in Business Analytics at Imperial College Business School, Alyssa holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Management from the University of London.
