The Quantity Surveying Team at WT (UK & Europe) is responsible for managing all aspects of the financial and contractual side of construction projects. This includes cost estimation, budgeting, tendering, contract administration, and managing project finances to ensure cost efficiency. The team provides accurate and professional advice on cost, value, safety, and risk management throughout all phases of property development, ensuring successful project delivery in line with client expectations.
