Lisa G. Morris

Lisa G. Morris is the Founder and CXO of XPLOR, a female-owned human-centered design consultancy established in April 2019. Additionally, Lisa founded Studio L in January 2021, focusing on brand identity and experience design for women innovators. Lisa serves as a Human-Centered Design Practitioner and Certified Educator with the LUMA Institute and is a Founding Member of the World Experience Organization (WXO). Previously, Lisa held roles such as Managing Director at TI People and Global Employee Experience Design Practice Lead at Sparks Grove. With extensive experience in organizational transformation and employee experience from positions at Press Ganey and Accenture, Lisa's educational background includes a Master of Arts in Organizational Behavior and Communication, a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Miami University, and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from Parsons School of Design.
