Currently serving as the Head of Institutional Development & Management at Wyndham Hotels & Resorts since January 2018, Doug oversees strategic territory development and financial analysis for upscale hotel franchises. Prior roles include Vice President/Director of Development for Wyndham Worldwide, where Doug was instrumental in expanding hotel portfolios in the Eastern US and Canada, and Managing Director/Vice President for Wyndham Hotel Group, leading significant growth in Latin America and the Caribbean. Doug's expertise spans various aspects of hotel operations, franchise management, and financial structuring, and includes successful negotiations and integration of large portfolios, as well as the launch of brands in multiple international markets.
