Alissa Capovilla

Alissa Capovilla is an experienced professional in the hospitality industry, currently serving as the Assistant General Manager at Delilah and previously as Operations Manager at Lakeside for Wynn Las Vegas since March 2019. Prior to this, Alissa held multiple roles as Operations Manager for TAO Asian Bistro, Beauty & Essex, and LAVO Las Vegas from December 2013 to March 2019, where responsibilities included managing operations, staff, and guest relations. Alissa's career began with positions at Diane von Furstenberg and Walt Disney World, providing a strong foundation in customer service and operations. Alissa holds a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Administration/Management from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas.
