Bill Hilf is the current advisor at X4Impact Inc. and was previously the Senior Vice President and General Manager of HPE Cloud at Hewlett Packard Enterprise from June 2013 to September 2016. In their role at HPE, Bill led the Cloud organization across engineering, product management, marketing, business and operations. The HPE Cloud organization was composed of over a thousand employees with global centers across the U.S., Ireland, U.K., France, Canada, Eastern Europe, India, and China.

During their time as the head of HPE's cloud transformation, Bill was the primary executive and figurehead for HPE’s cloud strategy. Bill was responsible for large changes in HPE's cloud strategy and led the company to build competitive and strategic offers while simultaneously exiting non-competitive product investments. As of June 2016, HPE was a strong leader in the private cloud market thanks in part to Bill's innovative thinking and leadership.

Bill Hilf has a Master of Arts from Chapman University and a Bachelor of Arts from California State University, Fullerton. Bill graduated Summa Cum Laude from Chapman University.
