Sangbin Cho

SangBin Cho is a skilled software engineer with extensive experience in technical roles. Currently a Member of Technical Staff at xAI since December 2024, SangBin focuses on pretraining and scaling. Previously, as a Staff Software Engineer at Anyscale from January 2020 to December 2024, SangBin contributed as a founding engineer and served as the tech lead for the Ray core distributed systems team. Additionally, SangBin worked as an undergraduate researcher at the Berkeley RISE Lab in late 2019, specializing in model serving. SangBin holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley.
