Kate Bullis

Kate Bullis is a seasoned marketing and growth leader with extensive experience in executive search and recruitment. Currently serving as the Global Marketing & Growth Practice Leader at ZRG Partners, LLC, since May 2024, Kate previously co-led the Global Marketing & Growth Practice at SEBA Executive Search before its acquisition by ZRG. In addition to this role, Kate is a board member at Xapa and serves on the Board of Advisors for the Product Marketing Community. As a member of Chief, Kate advocates for women in leadership positions. Kate’s past experience includes significant positions on the Global Board of Directors for AESC and as VP of the Strategy Practice at A-L Associates. Kate holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Dickinson College.
