Dr. Shradha Kundra

Dr. Shradha Kundra is an accomplished academic and professional with extensive experience in diversity and inclusion initiatives. Currently serving as an Assistant Professor at Xavier Institute of Management and Entrepreneurship since October 2024, Dr. Kundra previously held the position of Head of Diversity and Inclusion at Atypical Advantage, where strategic partnerships with executive leaders facilitated the development of disability inclusion programs for over 200 clients across various sectors. Prior experience includes a role as a Diversity and Inclusion Consultant at Amazon, focusing on integrating persons with disabilities into the workforce, and as an Engineer in Product Assurance at Cognizant, where responsibilities included quality assurance, client liaison, and recruitment support. Dr. Kundra holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Organizational Behavior Studies from the Indian Institute of Management, Shillong, and a Bachelor of Technology in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from Pondicherry University.
