Kristin Schultz

Kristin Schultz is an experienced professional in higher education recruitment and alumni relations, currently serving as the Regional Recruitment Director at Xavier University since October 2020, focusing on Western New York and Western Pennsylvania. Previously, Kristin held key roles in admissions at Canisius College and State University of New York College at Plattsburgh, where responsibilities included managing prospective inquiries and coordinating campus events. As an Alumni Advisor for Alpha Epsilon Phi since June 2010, Kristin has guided current members and acted as a liaison with the national organization. Kristin's background also includes significant contributions to Niagara Catholic High School as the Director of Advancement and Alumni Relations, where fundraising efforts exceeded $100,000 annually.
